Pawel Majak is a Co-Founder of Hive Mechanics, a company building practical AI tools for workforce transformation. Prior to this, he held senior operational and leadership roles at fast-scaling tech companies and digital transformation firms across Europe, including bookingkit, ERGO Technology & Services, and iCracked Inc. His career has focused on driving innovation and efficiency in operations, with a strong emphasis on talent strategy and scaling teams through change.
As a Venture Partner at Nordstar, he supports emerging startups in launching from the firm’s venture studio, with a particular interest in the future of work and applied AI. In his role at Hive Mechanics, Pawel is currently focused on how automation and generative AI can augment HR decision-making, streamline operations, and unlock new capabilities in talent development.
